This trek begins at the Queimadas shelter and along the levada of Serra de São Jorge, we wander through a lush emerald green paradise. Shortly after we can enjoy magnificent views over the paths and village that lie below, after seeing the waterfall we will go through some small tunnels to finally arrive at the incredible green caldeirão waterfall. 🚶🏼 Distance: 13 km ⚙️ Difficulty: Easy - Moderate 🚍 Pick-up/Drop-off Information: • Pick-up/drop-off is free for travelers in Funchal, Santa Cruz and Câmara de Lobos; • Pick-ups/drop-offs outside these locations will have a cost to be determined and paid at the pick-up time; • After reserving this tour, you'll be contacted by the Tour Operator to arrange the pick-up/drop-off; • Drop-off is also included. ℹ️ Additional Info: • Comfortable clothes and sunscreen are recommended; • Water should be packed; • Children must be accompanied by an adult; • Our company reserves the right to change our activity due to weather conditions.
